Monday's Empowerment Explosion!
I quite literately went to my files and this was the first one I clicked on as I do not know how to put the lovely setting back to where it was where I could see the pictures without out clicking on them to see them on the the big screen. It picked itself!
There were several graduations this weekend. What a Powerful weekend for Youth! So many decisions that they are making and realizing. So who POPS the Bubble for them? Yeah I said it. Now some kids there are people always trying to pop their bubble of what they believe and know in and others well they do not have that kind of adversity as they live it or they just plain know it from other experiences in life. For some it is crushing for others it is an actualization and an eye opener that one missing piece that they couldn't put a finger on. They move forward and with grace. Here is the one thing that we all need to learn no matter what age we are and it seems to be something that we all forget at one point or another where we have events that change or lives and somehow we get derailed. WHY would we get derailed and move away from people that are like the people above? We lost faith in ourselves and our ability we had not enough support to carry us through or we just didn't believe in what was told by others. The worst enemy in the book is ourselves. We know all of our weak points, we know exactly what we can and can not do. Why else is it so frustrating when someone else that says that there is no way that we can do something yet deep down we have this burning that say OH YES WE CAN!! Now we know that it may not happen with the first try, but we do know that it will happen because we know ourselves way better than anybody else.
Life is way to short to surround yourself by people whom do not support you and your efforts. People whom do not Honor you and what you can do and your ambitions. Also understand that your loved ones that are skeptic are trying to protect you. I realize that may sound funny but it how they know how to. Breathe and realize that is how they show it and try to have understanding and move forward.
Have a Great Day that will Pivot Forward the Rest of your Week with Positive Changes!

Is this You?
I remember making a vow that if I could just make a difference in just one persons life each day than I made a difference. Now how was I going to do that, I had no idea. As life passed before my eyes and times had changed and events beyond my control had changed I had forgotten, now only to remember and to pick up where I had left off. Life isn't always what we expect it to be what is important is that when we remember that we get back to where we belong.
I remember reading a story about a man. I don't remember all the particulars of the story but the bits and pieces of it. He was asked why he waved at everyone that passed by in a car. Now where I come from that is the norm, or it use to be. He said that maybe that person just needed someone to say hello to them. I know I did one day. Then he was asked to explain himself. He said he was on the brink of death. He felt he had no reason to live. He made a deal with G-d. He was going to drive to the location and if G-d could get one person to say hello to him on the way to where he was going which was like five miles down the road then he would do the same every day for the rest of his life. Sure enough, the first mile down the rode a man waved to him. He didn't know this man, the second mile another man waved to him that he didn't know. Now this wasn't a small town where he knew everyone either. The third, forth and fifth were the same. When he got to the spot, he realized someone had said hello to him five times. Sometimes it is the simplest of things that can make the biggest impact on someones life. I have taken that to heart. Mind you I don't get to write that off though as what kind of impact I want to do for people each and everyday of my life but when I'm at a loss of what I'm going to do today, sometimes it is that Smile and telling someone Hello and Have a Wonderful Day that puts things into perspective a lot better than it was before.
What kind of impact are you going to leave today?

Planting
I Love getting my hands in the soil. The smell of wet soil after the rain or in the spring after the snow has been on it in the winter, how fresh and revitalized it smells. What it has in store for us that we yet can not see that lays dormant in there.
It's alot like words. We take for granted.
Yet, it's so simple. The Foundation of words Builds us as human beings, sets us apart from any other species as far as communication goes. Within any language there is the dialect that has inflection in the tone that can change the meaning of what is being said even though the words that are being said mean something completely different. Add Body Language with that and you have a whole different foreign language going on with that.
With that being Said Our Language sets us apart we can Inspire the world to do better we can lift others up to do the imaginable. Our children can do what we were not able to do. What seeds are you going to plant today?
